To Join by Cash or Money Order, Follow These Instructions

Enter the information as requested in each field. NOTE: All information is required.
Submit the form, and print the printable page as instructed.
Sign the legal statement and mail the full printed form along with your payment to the address provided. NOTE: The legal statement must be signed. We cannot process orders that do not include the signed legal statement.
Once we receive and process your order, your login username/password will be emailed to the email address you entered on the form.

Important Notes to Consider

All cash/money order subscriptions are non-reoccurring. There are no rebills.
Cash, money orders or U.S. cashiers checks only. We cannot accept personal checks.
All payments must be in U.S. Funds (USD). No foreign currencies will be accepted.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen payments.
Make sure you enter a valid email address as this is the only way you will receive your username/password.
Most orders will be processed within 1 - 2 days after we receive the form and payment. So please wait 7 (U.S.) to 15 (outside U.S.) days to contact us concerning your order.
Membership period will begin after your order has been processed.
All orders are final, and no refunds will be issued.
